Quality Policy
TALPA, spol. s r.o. wants to be a modern prospering company with firm position in domestic and foreign market in the field of productions of pallets and wooden packages. The company therefore applies system approach to the quality of its products and services in conformity with the requirements of quality standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 and continually improves its efficiency. The basic principle of the management is the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of quality system, without which the company cannot compete in market conditions in the long term.
Management of TALPA, spol. s r.o., following the requirements of quality standard ISO 9001:2001, formulated and announced the quality policy:
In the area of production and innovation :
- Let’s set clear and measurable objectives and tasks, let’s define priorities in every field of production and let’s work single-mindedly on their fulfilment.
In the area of business :
- Satisfying and exceeding customer’s requirements must be our most important objective.
- All business cases must have equal importance for us.
- Let’s study our competitors - let’s be better, faster and cheaper.
In the area of production quality :
- Let’s never content ourselves with the present level of quality of our products and services and let’s always search for ways to their perfection.
- The quality of production must differentiate us from our competition.
- If we do not work on improving the quality of our products, our competition will and we will lose customers.
- One hundred percent quality means that what we sell always meets what we promise.
In the area of human resources :
- The condition of increase in the productivity of work, quality and the improvement of services for customers lies in the satisfaction of employees, their loyalty, responsibility and initiative.
In the area of organisation and management :
- All we do must be in the interest of our customer.
- Let’s identify our key products and guard them against our competition.
- Let’s create conditions for the consolidation of business position on the market by the optimum organisation structure of production.
The management of TALPA Company will secure for the implementation of quality policy:
- introduction of quality policy to all employees of company to make sure everyone understands it correctly
- availability of quality policy to public and its announcement to all concerned parties
- needed resources for the implementation of quality policy
- setting of sequential partial objectives for every year, including specified tasks
- update of quality policy in case of need, following a change in consumer demand.
This quality policy is binding for all employees of TALPA, spol. s r.o. Respective managers are responsible for its implementation and every single employee is responsible for the quality of his/her work.
