Quality Management Policy

The basic precondition for a successful company in the market and competitive environment is its systematic care of quality of production and its permanent improvement. The company of TALPA, spol. s r.o. applies this regular approach towards the quality of all its products and services in accordance with the requirements of the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008 standard and continuously improves its effectiveness.

Our quality management system has been successfully audited according to this standard and we have been awarded the respective Quality Management System Certificate.

In conformity with the requirements of the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008 standard, the company has declared the following

QUALITY MANAGEMENT POLICY
of TALPA, spol. s r.o. Pilníkov

1. The preconditions for prosperity and development of the company are:

  • Satisfaction of all our customers with the quality of our products and related services;
  • Satisfaction of the company management and of all our employees with the results achieved, with evaluation, goodwill and reputation of the company;
  • Satisfaction of all our suppliers with fair business terms and conditions and with mutual cooperation;

2. The main principles to attain these preconditions are:

  • Good communication with customers and evaluation of their current and future needs, requirements and expectations;
  • Effective production management and observance of all legal regulations as a means to improve the quality of products and services provided;
  • Guaranteeing permanent education of all our employees and increasing their qualifications;
  • Suitable motivation of our employees and creating conditions to increase their satisfaction;
  • Evaluation and selection of suppliers of input materials and services in order to improve the quality of communication and mutual cooperation;
  • Systematic approach of the Management towards managing mutually interconnected processes, resources and activities;
  • Regular evaluation of the results achieved, using preventive and remedial measures, internal audits and other tools to improve the functionality, effectiveness and practicality of the management system in all activities;
  • Supporting the continuous performance improvement process in all areas in active cooperation with all employees;

3. The Company Management shall provide the following organizational backup for the QMP implementation:

  • Acquainting all the company employees with the Quality Management Policy (QMP) in a clear and understandable way.
  • Setting measurable quality targets for each year including specific assignments for individual employees;
  • Availability of financial, material and human resources to fulfil the principles, goals and assignments of the Quality Management Policy;
  • Development of the Performance Measurements Baseline system to evaluate effectiveness of processes and to evaluate utilization of data for strategic and flexible management of the company;
  • Reviewing the Quality Management Policy on the regular basis and its updating in case of need.
