Wooden Pallets
EUR Pallets
The EUR Pallets are manufactured according to the Czech standard CSN 26 9110 - "EUR - the European Four-way Flat Pallet" and according to the international UIC 435-2 standard.
The dimensions of the EUR Pallets are 1200 x 800 mm, based on the international standardized packing unit module 600 x 400 mm.
When stored on a shelf or manipulated by a forklift, the pallet is designed and intended for the following loads:
- 1000 kg - if the load is not evenly spread on the pallet surface
- 1500 kg - if the load is evenly spread on the pallet surface
- 2000 kg - if the load is in the solid form and sits evenly with its whole surface on the entire loading surface of the pallet.
When stacking the pallets, the maximum added load on the bottom pallet is 4000 kg providing that the load is placed on a flat and even, horizontal, immovable surface and that it sits there horizontally and acts with its full weight.
Our pallets are manufactured under the licence number CD 127.

Flat Returnable Pallets
Our Flat returnable pallets are manufactured according to the Czech standard CSN EN 13 382 - "Flat Wooden Returnable Pallet". These pallets are intended for repeated use.
The standardized dimensions and loading capacities are shown in the following table:

Flat Expendable Pallets
Flat expendable pallets are manufactured according to the Czech standard CSN 26 9113 - "Flat Wooden Expendable Pallet". These pallets are intended for single use after which they should be disposed of.
The standardized dimensions and loading capacities are shown in the following table:

Atypical Pallets
Our atypical pallets are manufactured on state-of-the-art machinery or, as the case may be, manually using pneumatic tools. The manufacturing process guarantees their first-class quality and is based on needs and requirements of individual customers.
If you are looking for a suitable pallet for your goods, we will design it for you so that its dimensions, properties, workmanship, quality and price will serve your purpose. We will also provide you with a sample of an atypical pallet (with the respective price quotation) for testing.
We manufacture pallets of any dimensions with millimetre accuracy. We also manufacture structurally modified pallets for transportation of heavy and oversize loads.

Stringer Pallets & USA Pallets
Stringer pallets and the USA pallets use solid stringers as supporting elements instead of blocks. As they distinguish themselves with high loading capacity, they are often used for heavy construction materials such as bricks, roof coverings, paving bricks and slabs, etc. Their disadvantage is the fact that the fork tines can be inserted only from the two open ends.
The USA pallets have notches in the solid stringers that provide four-way entry for forklift and pallet trucks.

Our customer services also include repairs to used pallets. We can repair pallets of any type and dimensions. We have been granted the Czech Rails licence for such repairs.
