The main goals of our quality policy are: fully satistying our clients‘ demands and expectations, weighing the risks and opportunities, continual progress and production processing and quality management, as well as reaching long-term prosperity.

 

To reach the defined goals, the company defines these basic principles:  

 

Prosperity and the process of management = management’s responsibility

  • Continual progress in the financial management of the production.
  • Running analysis and improvement of the production processes, with the main goal being long-term growth of the labour productivity.
  • Perfecting personal activites and employing motivational tools in order fo ensure stability and and quality of the human capital.
  • Constant supervision over new technologies in order to ensure comparable or even higher technical standards in comparison with our competitors.
  • Planning and realization of investments and provisions needed for future production capacities.

  • Thorough analysis of current and future needs and demands of our clients.
  • Higher product value and quality of the supporting services in comparison with our competitors.
  • Regular evaluation of our clients‘ satisfaction. Realization of the necessary measurements needed for the fulfillment of our clients‘ demands; increasement of their contentment.

Production and quality

  • Thorough supervision regarding production procedures and their compliance in order to achieve zero blunder occurence in production processes.
  • Thorough output supervision in order to prevent expedition of defective products.
  • Analyzing what causes defective production in order to ensure long-term prevention of these causes.
  • Implementation of production processes in angreement with valid legislative conditions and requirements of technical regulations and norms.

 

Professional attitude towards our employees

  • To regularly acquaint our employees with their responsibilities and working position in the whole system of quality management.
  • Regular employee trainings in order to ensure compliance with production processes, occupational safety and environmental protection.
  • It is also vital to sufficiently motivate our employees, because content and positively motivated workers are the main factors of a well functioning company as well as the main prerequisite for a wholly functional system of production. „It is essential to spare no expenses on competent workers and vice versa.“
  • Systematic development of employees‘ competency in order to train experienced specialists for lower levels of management (production foreman).
  • It is also important to collect employee feedback for a constant development and improvement of the quality management system.

 

Contractor relationship

  • Accurate specification of our requirements regarding production. Reliability of our suppliers of of high importance.
  • In order to ensure that, regular monitoring of our suppliers is necessary: to evaluate their capability to fulfill our demands.
  • It is also necessary to constantly look for new suppliers. The lowers price is not the main objective. Main stress is put on a mutually advantageous cooperation and negotiating the best bussines conditions.
  • Transparent and open communication, meeting our financial liabilities, abiding by our contractual arrangements as well as legal and ethical norms.

 

  

 

To ensure The Quality Policy, TALPA Ltd. makes a commitment to:

  • Constantly abide to, develoo and better the production maanagement sestam continually in compliance with ISO norms.
  • Weigh all possible risks and opprtunities in order to fulfill customers‘ present and future requirements. •
  • Regularly evaluate the effectivity of processes and functionality of an applies quality management system.
  • Ensure sufficiency of finacial resources in order to secure quality management system fuctionality and its future development.
  • Introduce The Quality Policy to all employees and to inform them regularly about related issues.
  • Systematically build employees‘ technical knowledge and their competence regarding the quality management system.
  • Improve the working environment so as to enhance their productivity, quality of their work and their safety.
  • Constantly improve our environmental care by monitoring and evaluating the impact of our production on the local environment.
  • Economise the natural resources and to seek for more energy saving solutions.
