The main goals of our quality policy are: fully satistying our clients‘ demands and expectations, weighing the risks and opportunities, continual progress and production processing and quality management, as well as reaching long-term prosperity.
To reach the defined goals, the company defines these basic principles:

- Running analysis and improvement of the production processes, with the main goal being long-term growth of the labour productivity.

- Thorough supervision regarding production procedures and their compliance in order to achieve zero blunder occurence in production processes.
- Thorough output supervision in order to prevent expedition of defective products.
- Analyzing what causes defective production in order to ensure long-term prevention of these causes.
- Implementation of production processes in angreement with valid legislative conditions and requirements of technical regulations and norms.
Professional attitude towards our employees
- To regularly acquaint our employees with their responsibilities and working position in the whole system of quality management.
- Regular employee trainings in order to ensure compliance with production processes, occupational safety and environmental protection.
- It is also vital to sufficiently motivate our employees, because content and positively motivated workers are the main factors of a well functioning company as well as the main prerequisite for a wholly functional system of production. „It is essential to spare no expenses on competent workers and vice versa.“
- Systematic development of employees‘ competency in order to train experienced specialists for lower levels of management (production foreman).

Contractor relationship
- Accurate specification of our requirements regarding production. Reliability of our suppliers of of high importance.
- In order to ensure that, regular monitoring of our suppliers is necessary: to evaluate their capability to fulfill our demands.
- It is also necessary to constantly look for new suppliers. The lowers price is not the main objective. Main stress is put on a mutually advantageous cooperation and negotiating the best bussines conditions.
- Transparent and open communication, meeting our financial liabilities, abiding by our contractual arrangements as well as legal and ethical norms.
